Amazing little restaurant, perfect on a sunny day! The service was friendly and attentive and the cocktails to die for. Fruits de mer is so worth the money too! Could not recommend this more for special occasions or a treat!

First time back since the refit, looks lovely and fresh. They have a great tapas menu and a wide range of gins. Staff are friendly and very welcoming. It’s the place to come to unwind and watch the boats go by.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are relaxed and friendly. We happened to go for a Christmas dinner, and chose the worst day possible - a force 8 gale was rocking the boat, which is well inside the harbour, so much that our glasses were sliding around the table. Two of our party - myself included - became very seasick (I felt like such a wuss) and could hardly eat anything. Even one of the cooks downstairs was suffering! The lamb was delicious, and I can recommend the trifle too, even though I was limited in the amount of either that I could manage to eat. A memorable and lovely meal shared.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Well presented tasty food. Would appear that a lot of thought has been given to the menu.

We went on a Saturday evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary. All the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The food was superb, very well presented and tasted amazing. We enjoyed a few cocktails as-well which also were great. Salted caramel martini was our favourite. Will certainly be going back again for another meal.

We’ve had a fabulous meal at The Lightship. The setting is unique and beautifully presented. We had the steak as a main which was cooked to perfection and very generous in portion size. The food was delicious and all in all it was a very enjoyable meal and stunning venue for a Saturday night out. Highly recommended.

Interesting place to dine in. Randomly passed by and decided to have dinner there. Not cheap but the food is nice. Enjoyed it.

Had a wonderful afternoon of Jazz, cocktails & lunch. The venue is lovely with stunning views, food was delicious as were the cocktails and the service is great.
